Artistic Swimming House at LA28: A Visitor's Guide

In what appears to be an emerging trend, national sport governing bodies are opening and operating independent Hospitality Houses at the Olympic Games. In a similar fashion to Winter House at Milano-Cortina 2026, USA Artistic Swimming has announced its opening Artistic Swimming House at LA28.
The Concept
Artistic Swimming House is a sport-specific Hospitality House designed to bring fans closer to Team USA artistic swimming and the broader artistic swimming community during the LA28 Olympic Games.
Unlike a national Hospitality House which showcases a single nation’s culture, Artistic Swimming House is centred around a single sport. The experience is intended to serve as a gathering place for athletes, alumni, sponsors, and fans, creating a community hub throughout the artistic swimming competition period.
According to USA Artistic Swimming, the experience will offer unprecedented access to the sport and its athletes, while helping raise its profile during one of the most-watched sporting events in the world.
Location, Dates & Tickets
Artistic Swimming House will be located at Altar Society Brewing & Coffee Co. in Long Beach. In the heart of the entertainment district, Altar Society is located in a former Masonic Temple built in 1903.
More importantly for fans and spectators, it's located less than a mile from the Long Beach Aquatic Centre where artistic swimming will take place at LA28. An easy commute!
Artistic Swimming House will be open for five days from July 25 to July 29 — the duration of the artistic swimming competition. It will open its doors for five hours following the completion of the day's events.
Tickets are $300 per person, per day, and are already on sale to the public. Children aged 5 and under are free.
The experience
Fans who purchase tickets to Artistic Swimming House can expect an all-inclusive experience: complimentary food and beverage, gifts from sponsors and the opportunity to purchase exclusive US Artistic Swimming merchandise.
Organizers have also noted that replays of the day's Artistic Swimming competition, as well as other LA28 sport events will be shown on big screens.
Perhaps most excitingly, a ticket to Artistic Swimming House includes:
"...the opportunity to meet and celebrate retired USA Artistic Swimming Olympians as they share stories, sign autographs, and reconnect with fans and teammates in an intimate, high-energy environment unlike anything the sport has ever seen. "
Each day at Artistic Swimming House will feature Artistic Swimming athletes from different Olympiads:
July 25 (Day 1) — Celebrating the Olympic Teams of 1984 & 1996
July 26 (Day 2) — Celebrating the Olympic Teams of 1988, 2000 & 2012
July 27 (Day 3) — Celebrating the Olympic Teams of 1992, 2004 & 2016
July 28 (Day 4) — Celebrating the Olympic Teams of 2008, 2020/2021
July 29 (Day 5) — Celebrating the Olympic Teams of 2024 & 2028

Food & Drink
From the information provided by USA Artistic Swimming, food and drink will be included in the ticket price. It appears there will be at least one bar space, according to the renderings.
Proximity to other sport events
It appears that USA Artistic Swimming selected Altar Society Brewing & Coffee Co. due to its proximity to Long Beach Aquatic Centre.
In addition to this LA28 venue, Artistic Swimming House will also be a quick commute to other Long Beach venues including: Long Beach Target Shooting Hall (Shooting), Long Beach Arena (Handball), Belmont Shore (Open Water Swimming, Rowing Beach Sprints, Sailing), Marine Stadium (Canoe Spring, Rowing), Alamitos Beach Stadium (Beach Volleyball) and the Long Beach Climbing Centre (Climbing).
