CHINA: CHina House

In early November, the Chinese Students and Scholars in Italy Union posted a volunteer application for China House at Milano-Cortina 2026. From the posting, it appears that the Chinese Olympic Committee will be opening a Hospitality House at Milano-Cortina 2026.

Excitingly, the 2026 Olympic Winter Games will coincide with Lunar New Year, and the Chinese Olympic Committee intends to use China House as a showcase of this very important Chinese holiday, Chinese culture and the Olympic Spirit.

While the posting doesn't explicitly say that it will be open to the public, it does mention the House is intended to welcome "global media and visiting guests."

According to the volunteer post, China House will be open from February 1 to 22 at Villa Clerici, in the north of the city, from 9am to 5pm daily. More details about the public nature of the experience and ticketing to come.

Czechia: Casa Ceca

Czech House or "Casa Ceca" has launched their official website for their Hospitality House in Milano.

While opening hours may shift according to the daily program, as of now, organizers have shared the Hospitality House will be open from 11am to midnight, daily from February 6 to 22.

From the website, visitors can expect:

  • live broadcasts of the Olympic Games

  • meetings with athletes and other personalities

  • a lively stage programme

  • excellent Italian food and Czech beer

  • après-ski bar with a mountain atmosphere

  • partner activations, tastings and much more!

Organizers have also now posted a program of sport events that will be streamed live each day at Casa Ceca.

SLOVENIA: SLOVENIA HOUSE

Slovenia House, located at Janbo Disco Club in the Cortina Cluster, has now launched its official website with additional details about its experience. This Hospitality House will be open from February 6 to 22, from 9am to midnight daily.

From the website, a fun detail about its concept:

"The visual identity of the Slovenia House draws inspiration from the toplar—a traditional wooden hayrack that once served as a community space and a part of everyday life. It is this spirit of connection that we now bring to the heart of Cortina."

Slovenia House will be open to the public and free to enter. As noted on the official site, a part of the Hospitality House will also be dedicated to "business and bilateral events, conferences, presentations and receptions."

Sweden: Sweden Arena

The organizers of Sweden Arena have announced an additional set of confirmed opening dates, after their initial launch in mid-October. As of now, this Hospitality House will be open February 10, 13, 16, 17, 19 and 21, and hours will vary by day. Tickets cost €15 and are on sale now.
