For the first time ever during a European Olympic Games, the Swedish Olympic Committee (SOC) is opening the doors of Sweden Arena to the public. Located in the heart of Milano, Sweden Arena promises community, pride and a welcoming space for Swedish and International Olympic fans alike.

The Concept
Sweden Arena has long served as the official Hospitality House for Sweden during the Olympic Games — a home base for Swedish athletes, media, partners and loyal fans. But Milano-Cortina 2026 marks a turning point: for the first time in a European Winter Games, Sweden Arena becomes a public fan zone.
Inside, visitors expect a mix of live broadcast screenings, fan rallies, meet-and-greets, official merchandise, shared celebrations during big moments — all wrapped in the Olympic Games spirit and Swedish hospitality.
The Location, Dates and Tickets
Sweden Arena will be located in the Milano Cluster at Il Treno Sala Liberty, an event space with a large ballroom in the northeast of the city and a short walk from the Milano Centrale train station.
Sweden Arena notes it will be open for the entirety of the Winter Olympic Games, from February 9 to February 22. However, opening dates and hours will be announced as the programme is planned and may vary by day. Tickets cost €15 and are on sale now for select dates.
As of the time of publish, Sweden Arena has confirmed three opening dates — February 10, 13, and 16 — with opening hours tailored to major sporting events featuring Swedish athletes.
The Experience
Fans and supports can expect the following highlights at Sweden Arena:

Giant screens showing Swedish-focused sport events, for communal viewing
The chance to meet past Swedish Olympians and get closer to the athletes’ stories, including sport event rallies and pep-talks
An official Swedish Olympic-collection shop (including licensed gear)
The Food & Drink
On-site food and drink will be available for purchase, making it a place where fans can linger, chat and enjoy a bite. Here at the House Party Blog, we hope Swedish meatballs will be on offer!
The Overall Vibe
With capacity for only 250 fans, Sweden Arena will be an intimate, family-friendly and sport-focused experience. Visitors can expect their visit to centre around sport viewing and activations, athlete celebrations and a pep-rally like vibe. This Hospitality House will bring a taste of Sweden to Milan — and invites all Olympic Games fans along for the ride.
